We're married!!!

On June 19, 2010 Dustin and I were married for time and all eternity in the Las Vegas LDS temple. It was such a beautiful day and I will remember it forever. That evening there was a reception that was a blast, it was very fun and lively, with great music and good people. A special thanks to all who attended to share the momentous occasion with us, especially to our many friends and family who traveled great distances. It was really awesome to see so many people from all over the country... World who were there. We had family from Utah, Oklahoma, Arizona, Idaho, Washington, California and Kentucky. We had friends from Utah, Washington, Kansas, Missouri and Iowa. Even as far as Australia. So many thanks to all of you, we love you so much and thank you for being there with us!

Kait's college graduation

After 4 long and quick years I graduated from Cornell College, in Mt. Vernon, IA. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Economics and Business, and in Art. I am very excited to see what the future has in store for us...hopefully I will be able to find a job though (the thoughts of every graduate at the moment I'm sure). It's crazy to think about all the stuff that has happened during those 4 years. All I have learned, changed, grown and experienced. It has shaped me into who I am today and I am very grateful.

It was surreal to see everyone and to know that I wouldn't be seeing many of them ever again. But it is nice to know that there are a few relationships that are going to last no matter where we move to in the future. I am so grateful for all the wonderful friends I have made while there and all the great memories that accompany them. You guys are awesome!

Hopefully we will keep in touch over the years, but thank goodness that is all over. I am so done with Sodexo food and long hours in the library...working, not studying of course; of drunk kids, and sororities. It's good to be done.
